The Lehoo Castle Toys with Elephant Slide has been an absolute hit with my 2-year-old son! This adorable and interactive playset keeps him entertained for hours while also helping with his motor skills and creativity. Here’s why it’s a must-have for toddlers:

The Lehoo Castle Elephant Cars Toy is a great beginner toy for 1.5 -3 year olds. The assembly process was straightforward and intuitive. There were no instructions provided, but none were needed. Everything seems well made, there are no sharp corners, everything is nice and smooth for little hands. There's variety in the cars which is also nice and it keeps the kid's attention for longer.

Girl or boy, it doesn’t matter, all of our grandchildren have loved things that go zoom. From fancy remote control cars and animals to the simplest push toys, as long as they zip about, they are well loved and played with consistently.
Now that our youngest granddaughter is spending more time sitting up and exploring the world around her, we’ve started looking at toys which will entertain her. We suspect that she will love this! This set is the perfect size for little hands, the vehicles are easy to grip, and all the different sections of the track/play area are easily at hand. The elephant theme provides nice visual interest, the colours are bright and appealing and the friendly faces are all warm and welcoming.
The set offers a few options for play. The most obvious is the pair of ramps which extend along the length of the elephant encompassing both his trunk and tail. The cars fit the track nicely and zoom down quickly. I had been hoping that the trunk would provide a longer run for the cars but, sadly, the hinge does not have sufficient friction to allow the trunk to remain in the up position; to use it as an extended track it is necessary to hold it in place in an upright position. The top of platform over the elephant’s back is a handy place to store a car waiting for its turn. The lower track which runs between the front and back legs of the elephant is a small teeter totter; the cars can be prevented from entering or exiting it by lifting or lowering the baby elephant’s trunk. The cars are actually one of the highlights of the set; they roll forwards and backwards smoothly (even on carpet) and quickly and tend to stay upright. Two have moving accessories (a small hook and a ladder). They can be played with on their own and are small enough to fit in a child’s pocket.
The plastic is fairly heavy; I was initially concerned that it might tend to crack at the moving joint where the elephant’s trunk attaches to the rest of the structure but, so far, it seems to be holding up fine. I will note that getting the trunk section to properly engage in its seating is quite challenging and requires a fair bit of force.
Bright and colourful, this set offers simple play in a confined space. The cars work well and the elephant theme is aesthetically pleasing. I likely wouldn’t recommend it for those older than two or three given the limited play options. Depending on what other toys the child has, it would make a nice anytime gift.

I got this for my 1-year-old for Easter, and he's enjoying it!

Pros:
- Easy to build (there are no instructions, but none are needed) though the ramp with the elephant head required some pressure to snap in
- Pieces are well made. They're all smooth and baby/toddler safe
- The four cars roll smoothly (so far, rolling them is my baby's favourite thing to do with the playset)
- I love that each car is different and that the ladder and hook actually move. We had some fun hooking other toys onto the hook and pulling them around
- Cars are the perfect size for my baby's hands

Opportunities:
- None so far

I recommend this play set for ages 1 and up. It's a great toy for him to grow into.

I got this for my 3 year old foster son and he’s been obsessed with it ever since. The moment we set it up, he started sending the little elephant cars down the ramp and didn’t stop smiling. It’s lovely to see him so focused, lining the cars up and watching them go. I like that there’s no noise or flashing lights. Just simple, hands-on play. It feels really solid and safe, which is a big plus. Honestly, it’s been one of the best little toys we’ve picked up for him. This is a reasonable size, but not overly big. Other than the 'trunk road' which has hinges it's simple enough to put together, but I highly recommend clipping on the trunk piece somewhere you have peace - and only when you have some patience. It's a very tight fit, with the bars on the trunk piece not being substantially thick. I was worried at least one of the was about to snap off, and unfortunately this means that once on there's no way it's coming off easily if you want to pack it away for a while.

I love the way the child can drive a car onto the bottom of the trunk and then lift it to send the car flying all the way across and back down to the floor. Installing a (minimal tipping) seesaw under the elephant is a good use of toy space, and the elephant head/trunk barrier to stop the car if coming through from the other side is a nice touch.

The cars we received are made up of the same colours as the cars in the main photo, but are combined differently. We still have one of each colour and they all have the same blue wheels, but that's where the match-up stops with the backs being in different colours and on different coloured cars. Not a problem, just an observation.

When I requested this (2 days ago) it was priced at £17.99, and I'd probably be prepared to pay that for this toy. But, the price has since increased to £24.99 and I woudn't even consider it at that.
