I've never purchased this brand before but due to the scarceness of yeast during this trying time, I decided to try it and boy, did it not disappoint! I used only 0.4 grams for 6 large pizzas and it performed perfectly. Also made my cinnamon buns which came out better than before. I've stored the yeast in the fridge as it will take some time to use up all that I bought. Great product!!!!

    I'm able to use this yeast as a "bread machine yeast". Note that my bread machine adds: wet, then flour, and lastly yeast, per directions. For myself, I add this yeast after the wet ingredients, ostensibly to give it a blooming boost, but I doubt it's necessary for a good result. It say's it's for sweet breads, but has worked fine for me when making anything from pizza dough, to light rye bread, to wheat bread, dark rye, and of course, cinnamon-raisin and other sweeter breads. I will definitely purchase this yeast again in the future. (The pizza dough I let rest for 5 days was AMAZING.)
