It is an ethnographic journey into the heart of the Venezuelan Andes. It is a bilingual (Spanish-French) compilation of ancient recipes compiled over a year of conversations with grandmothers from rural and remote areas of the Andes.
This work allows us to understand rural life through a culinary lens.
