    I eat a lot of these Larabars, especially for breakfast when rushing to work or to get on my conference calls in the morning. I have three of the flavours: this Apple, Blueberry, and Coconut Cream. By far, this Apple is my favorite, as the other two flavours don't come as close to their name taste. I find the Apple bars to have a reasonably good taste, without tasting yucky and "healthy", and they certainly are better for me than a lot of the breakfast bars on the market. I have these on monthly delivery, so I have a couple on hand for brekkie every day.

    With there being so many options for bars on the market now, it's rare to find one that has a decent taste and still is not loaded with calories or fat. All the ingredients here are healthy and natural, and that's a big plus in my book!

    I recommend buying them when they are on sale. They are the perfect snack when you need a little pick-me-up and are fairly healthy. No added sugars, artificial flavours or preservatives. With the added cinnamon, the Apple version tastes like “winter holidays”. Would pick those over standard sugary granola bars any day.
