I've tried a few flavours of LUCY nicotine gum in an effort to quit vaping, and this "Espresso" flavour is an absolute gem as a substitute to a morning puff - pairs very nicely with coffee. I do find that a piece lasts about 30 minutes which is good enough to get over the hump of most nicotine cravings. To describe the feeling, it is an intensely flavoured gum that gives a sensation comparable to a very mild to a nicotine pouch. Packaging is discrete and looks like any regular chewing gum. One thing to note though, you definitely give off coffee breath when chewing this!

This is pretty good nicotine gum. It's nice and soft like regular gum, rather than the hard, waxy texture of some other brands. They really nailed the coffee flavour too. I'm not much of a coffee drinker these days and I usually prefer mint gum but still...this is pretty good.
For the first 15 minutes or so of chewing it, it tastes a lot like real coffee....probably more like those bottled or canned iced coffees you can get at convenience stores. After 15 minutes or so, once the flavour starts to fade slightly, it has a bit of a weird taste to it though. Maybe it's just the taste of nicotine coming through as the "Cafe Espresso" flavour fades a bit, I'm not sure. But either way, it doesn't taste bad...just a bit strange...and I'm usually finished with a piece of nicotine gum after 20 minutes or so anyway.
It does a great job of controlling the cravings and the withdrawal symptoms associated with nicotine addiction. I quit smoking about 10 years ago, but I really just switched to vaping. Then I quit vaping using nicotine gum. The gum was immensely helpful with the withdrawal symptoms. Usually I'm a pretty nice guy...slow to anger and quick to forgive. But nicotine withdrawal turns me into a raging jerk. Gum like this helped me to calm down and keep being a reasonable person, rather than constantly snapping at my friends and family over very minor things.
If you're considering quitting smoking or vaping and you would prefer not to lose your temper every 5 minutes, then I would definitely recommend getting some Lucy Nicotine Gum...and if you like coffee, then I'd recommend this flavour. Also, there's just something about coffee and nicotine...they go so well together.

Its effective and I can feel the effects within just a few minutes. I do not follow their chew-and-cheek 30-min protocol for use. However, this flavour (cafe espresso) is really quite gross. Thats on me, why did I choose this flavour? lol. On the plus side, since it tastes so bad, you're less likely to over-use it.

This nicotine gum is ok. It delivered nicotine to my system so it did its main job. The flavour was interesting but not offensive. It did burn my mouth a little at first but that is a common reaction to nicotine gum for me. I found the gum quite hard and chewing it was a bit more labour than I was prepared for.

I am quite pleased with the flavor of this nicotine gum. I've tried all the flavors of Lucy gum and this is one of the better ones. It really does taste like espresso. You can definitely feel the hit of nicotine in the gum. I like that it comes in inconspicuous packs, they don't look like Nocorette packs at all.

Definitely can find cheaper gums than this out there but this brand definitely has less of the peppery burning taste/sensation than typical. As an occasional thing that isn't about just filling a need it's actually kind of enjoyable if cost is less of an issue. I have to say this particular variety is not my favourite, it's a bit bizarre and I prefer the fruity kind better but taste is subjective and it's definitely not "bad" so I can't dig on it too much.
