If you’re someone that suffers from pain and you don’t like taking pain medicine, this is a great option and this is why I use tens machines. This particular machine is not like any of the other ones I have used in the past because it also has massage and EMS setting. It has a huge display, which makes it very easy to use. The best part about this is the display. Shows where to place the pads this way you don’t have to remember what setting and where to place it like most machines you just place it click on the image that corresponds with the placement and go to the level you need. This was a feature that was much needed for my mom who I have brought previous machine for, but she was unable to use them without me being there with her Assisting.
The massage setting is great as well for relaxation using the EMS for muscle stimulation which is great I have been using it personally and with my mother to help any atrophy.

If both "paddles" aren't attached the device will not work. I think that's an interesting safety feature.
I would have liked more instruction on placement and techniques, but for the price I can figure it out.

I have used this on my shoulder and on my lower back.
The massage feature is really interesting and helpful (you can see the effect of the massage feature in the video)
I personally would use the massage feature on my lower back because when I used the tens I was a little sore after.
