    Hay pocas ventanas en España a las que se le pueda adaptar este aparato.
    La tensión a la que trabaja es de 120 voltios, lo que obliga a comprar un transformador de corriente.
    En mi caso estuvo retenido en la Aduana española más de una semana, sin explicación alguna.

    Works great. Totally manual control. No "smart" WiFi spying on me. Sending my personal information to China. I installed it this morning. Not a problem. Since it doesn't have a digital setting, you have to play withn the Cooling knob. Crank it over and wait until you feel comfortable, then turn it back very carefully until the compressor shuts off. When the temperature get above that, the cool kicks back on. Easy-peasy. I live in Arizona. The Cool dial is 1 to 8. I put it on 6, waited until my room temperature was 75, then turned it back, very carefully, until 2. The temperature outside is 96. This little guy is keeping me comfortable. But this is only for my office area. I use a 12,000 BTU unit for the rest of my domicile. BTW, it's a kick getting heavy items like this delivered to my front door. Saves the monster hassle of going to Home Depot. The truck comes by and drops it off. How utterly cool is that?
    Let me give you a money-saving tip. You'll thank me for it. You don't need to set the thermostat at 72. Try 78 or even 80. You will perspire slightly. That's when you turn on your floor fan. The moving air will chill you down to 68. Yoiu might have to put on a sweater.

    I mostly went with this one because of the size. I was initially looking at other units with a higher price point which offered a few more bells and whistles, but I realized that the unit would need to be pretty small in order to fit in my window. This one as one of the few units that requirement.

    My setup looks a little janky only because we weren't willing to use screws to secure the accordions in place. I appreciate that it came with long strips of foam to help maintain a seal in the window!

    The noise level is fine, acceptable I would say. I work right beside the unit at my desk and have no issues. Any decent social messaging tool (discord, Teams, etc) will have a built-in form of noise cancellation/reduction anyways. no one can hear it

    It works nicely. It only got around to as high as 81 degrees or so yesterday. I was able to keep my medium-sized room cool and comfortable with the unit on "low" at around level 4-6.

    Cooling is decent for my 10x12 bedroom. Sound is typical of most window units. Its on the smaller size so handling it and storing will be easier. I went with this model with manual switches because I plugged it into a $7 TP-Link Kasa Smart Wi-Fi Plug. Now I have a smart AC. I can asked Google to "turn on my AC" 30 minutes before going to bed.
