I have a rare back cancer so my walk in closet is a war zone. I have been trying to work on it to accommodate my condition. This is a perfect item to help me. My husband painted the top shelf to match my closet. I love it! I might order a 2nd one! Highly recommended for small spaces that need organization.

    The package I received was complete, but the lower part of the hollow metal front frame (Part B) (see photo) was partially crushed/squeezed so that the lower frame (Part D) could not be inserted into it. The paint was also damaged. Rather than go through the hassle of returning the whole thing, I used a large screwdriver and a Vice-Grip (large pliers) to bend and reform the damaged section. This allowed me to assemble the drawer. The finished drawer looks good and the skinny width allows it to be place in a narrow spot where my wife wanted it. The damaged paint is visible, but my wife will touch that up. I removed one star because of the damage we had to fix. In the past, I could communicate with a seller and ask for just the damaged or missing part to be sent to me without having to return the entire item, but that no longer seems possible. It's all or none.
