L-ARGININE
500mg of L-Arginine: A free-form amino acid produced from fermentation, and plays a role in muscle protein synthesis, enhancing circulation, and supporting muscle growth.
ARGININE AKG 2:1
500mg of Arginine AKG 2:1 (alpha-ketoregulate): A form of Arginine mainly used in muscle building & nitric oxide production. Arginine AKG steadily releases arginine in the bloodstream while also decreasing loss of arginine in the digestion process.
L-CITRULLINE
250mg of L-Citrulline: A free-form amino acid. It is the purest form of citrulline and is primarily used for it's nitric oxide production. This can lead to improved blood flow, better nutrient delivery to muscles, and enhanced endurance during exercise.
L-CITRULLINE MALATE 2:1
250mg Citrulline Malate 2:1: A combination of L-Citrulline and Malic Acid in a 2:1 ratio. Malic Acid is involved in the Krebs cycle (a key part of energy production in cells), which can contribute to improved energy and reduced fatigue.
LONGER RELEASE
Unlike L-Arginine alone, which is rapidly metabolized in the body with a significant portion lost during digestion, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) offers a more sustained release of arginine into the bloodstream while simultaneously reducing arginine loss during digestion.
2-4 MONTH SUPPLY
Each container contains 133 servings with 1500mg per scoop, lasting you between 2-4 months depending on how many scoops you take.
UNFLAVOURED

No taste or gritty texture. Noticeable boost in energy.
I've been taking this for the last few days before having my morning coffee. I've been having 1 coffee every morning for the last 20 years. After taking this supplement, I've completely stopped drinking coffee. I don't even crave it or think about it in the mornings now. I haven't tried having a coffee while on this supplement, but my guess is that it would be pretty big jolt. The container comes with a very small scoop, which is great so that you can portion your servings accordingly. If you find that the boost is too much for you at the maximum dose, you can easily reduce the serving by adding less scoops (1-4 scoops). The powder is odorless and flavorless. It is also not gritty at all. Bang for the buck, I'd say this is an excellent product as I've use other L-Arginine products in the past which cost the same for much servings.
