Ingredients

Each capsule contains: L-Arginine 500 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica.

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules 1-3 times daily as required, between meals or at bedtime with a carbohydrate drink to facilitate absorption. Do not use beyond 8 weeks.

    I’m had previously purchased the 1,000 mg size which are very big and occasionally I had trouble swallowing them. If you have any swallowing issues these 500mg tablets would be more suitable for you. Whichever size you use make sure you swallow with lots of water.
    I have not taken them for very long so am not yet sure about whether they are benefiting or not. But so far I have had no negative side effects. As with all supplements, you should always check with your doctor whether or not they are suitable for you.

    Will burn a hole in your esopagus if you don't drink a lot of water with them. Had terrible heart burn for 2 or 3 days and had to go to the doctor for it. I don't know if they help performance at all so I would just stay away from them. Not worth the pain and risk.
