O. M. G. This Mac & cheese… it’s PERFECT. The flavour is a 10 (wayyyy better than original KD), the noodles are a 10 (so chewy and they hold the sauce better than original KD), and the creaminess is out of this world (also a 10). I will take this any day over the original KD because this is far more creamier without all the added effort of adding extra ingredients (though I love adding cream cheese to Mac & cheese sometimes), which sometimes doing so doesn’t even up the level of “creaminess.” The different pasta shape (elbow macaroni) compared to the classic straight-cut pasta from the original KD makes such a huge difference. The elbow macaroni holds more sauce and therefore makes the dish more enjoyable and creamy. This dish tastes similar in some ways to the Easy Mac product (not the deluxe Mac & cheese or the KD cups—it’s literally called “Easy Mac”) that I always loved from KD. Please, if you love the original KD (or just Mac & cheese in general) and are looking for something creamier, then I 1000% recommend this product. It’s the most amazing thing I’ve tried in a while! So creamy!!! It’s perfect.
