    Here’s my experience with Koodo directly: At Koodo, they order the card from Telus on behalf of Koodo. I ordered the card online, but I never received it, even almost a month later. I tried calling Koodo, and they told me to call Telus, but Telus said it wasn’t their responsibility. It took me nearly five days being sent back and forth between them for a $10 refund, which I finally got after sending emails. It was a huge waste of time—and all of this was to help a neighbor! :P

J’ai tenté d’appeler Koodo, et ils m’ont dit d’appeler Telus, mais Telus m’a répondu que ce n’était pas de leur responsabilité. J’ai mis près de 5 jours à être renvoyé d’un côté et de l’autre pour un remboursement de 10 $, que j’ai finalement obtenu après avoir envoyé des courriels. Ce fut une énorme perte de temps—et tout ça pour aider une voisine! :P
