So I bought this for the sole purpose of well playing games and having bigger thumbs I kept hitting the PS button on the controller, these grips go on pretty firm, and now I don¡¯t hit the ps button at all, I don¡¯t ever really leave reviews but I had to for this because the grips are extremely comfortable make it so that I don¡¯t hit the PS button anymore as well as I noticed because it¡¯s higher when you¡¯re playing something like call of duty and you¡¯re moving the side around with that elevation it means that you can control it a lot better. A+ on this product ?

    I used the tall one on the right joystick too help with my aim which they did. These will damage the original joystick caps. I ended up using some caps off of gulikit joysticks which are a harder material and they do not damage them. These take some getting used to and make it kinda cumbersome to press button¡¯s especially the square but are still worth it.

    These work, if you have a light touch on the controller sticks. however, for me, and I'm guessing many others who have a more firm and maybe aggressive grip on the controller,
    I would not recommend. I could not get these sticks to stay attached to my controller while I was playing a game in c o.d. when I would get into a gunfight and the situation was getting tough, These would constantly disconnect from the controller and I could not get them to stay attached.. I feel unordered for them to stay connected I would have to glue these onto my thumb sticks to keep them on there..

    I¡¯ve used a few different KontrolFreeks before, and the Galaxy Black set might be my favourite so far - hides dirt, so you don't have to clean it as often, but alas it still is a good idea to do so whenever possible; also it just looks clean.

    The high-rise on the right stick makes a noticeable difference in precision when aiming in games like Marvel Rivals or Fortnite. Flick shots feel smoother, and fine adjustments are easier without overcorrecting. The mid-rise on the left gives just enough elevation for movement without making it awkward or floaty.

    They lock onto the DualSense and DualShock sticks securely - no slipping or rotating, even during long sessions (8+ hours). The grip texture is soft but tacky enough to keep your thumbs planted, even when things get sweaty.

    The black-on-black look is subtle and clean - no flashy colours, just a slick, limited-edition vibe. Definitely a solid pick if you want a performance boost without sacrificing comfort or aesthetics.

    If you¡¯ve never tried thumbstick extenders before, this is a great intro set. Easy to get used to, and the difference is pretty immediate once you start snapping onto targets more confidently.
