    I mainly purchased the KontrolFreeks for the grips so my thumbs aren't slipping occasionally like they do on my Dual sense controller's thumsticks. The mid-high rise feature definitely help but I felt that the grips themselves are the most important factor here for my case. I was already well versed on my stock thumsticks for both Xbox One and PS5 controllers but these non-slip thumstick grips improve at keeping aim consistent while handling recoil by avoiding any slipping or inconsistency. This is especially helpful in many of the tactical and mil-sim shooters I often play such as Ready or Not, Insurgency Sandstorm, and Squad which have huge amounts of recoil in every weapon you use. Holding down recoil consistently is a must in these games since alot of situations in them are mid to long range combat. I've seen a few reviews of people saying these take a while to get your muscle memory used to the new stick height but I had no problems using them the first minute I played a match in Insurgency with them on. So don't be afraid to try these out if you're concerned about adapting. You may find it more beneficial immediately after using them for the first time!

    At the time of this review (July 19, 2024) both of these are still used daily, after being purchased in February 2024. However, the texture on top is wearing down, and the white is yellowing a bit (I expected this, but I like the white aesthetic). They are still pretty grippy and work as well as they did the day I got them, but I will likely be buying more to replace these due to them wearing out.
    If they had a stronger grip and didn't wear out as fast, they'd get a 5/5.

I had to crazy glue it on and haven't had a problem since. Too bad that when I take it off I'll most likely need to replace the left thumbstick or get the crazy glue off somehow.

    I just bought a set of these today and WOW is all I have to say. No exageration this will improve your aim by a lot. I just picked up ps4 controller for warzone as of yesterday, and I can actually hit targets.(Normally on mouse and keyboard). I highly recommend this.     ottimo accessorio da aggiungere al proprio joystick per avere una mira (in teoria) più stabile e precisa, con questo prodotto e un pò di allenamento sulla mira si può migliorare nell'aggancio e nel mantenimento della mira sul bersaglio nel maggior parte degli FPS attuali, visto che utilizzando il control freek basterà un movimento molto meno marcato per effettuare un movimento.

    Produit de très bonne qualité et bien livré, un seul petit problème, les KontrolFreek écrasent les joysticks originaux, et les déformes ils vont je pense avec le temps s'enlever.
    Ce n'est en soit pas très grave car je n'enlève plus du tout les KontrolFreek de la manette, la prise en main est vraiment remarquable, pour s'y habituer il faut compter environ 2 jours de pratique pour les FPS type Call of Duty ou pour les jeux assez nerveux comme Fortnite.
    Il arrive que parfois qu'ils se décrochent avec un fort coup/mouvement sur le joystick mais cela reste très rare, la grip fait très bien le travail.
    Beaucoup plus de précision et une plus grande zone de mouvement, les manettes devraient êtres vendues avec des KontrolFreek ;)
