The first of the two mats lasted almost a year. Not quite the "7 year warranty" they promise, but I felt I got my money's worth. The second lasted exactly two uses; a large hole formed when I cleaned it the second time, rendering it useless. The website listed on the packaging takes you to a "404 -page not found", but the "Contact us" page still works, in the sense that it takes your details and promises they'll get back to you "as soon as possible". No one gets back to you. Be wary of companies that haven't been around for seven years, and are unlikely to still be around in seven years, promising you a "7 year warranty".

    We are really excited to use these mats. They came nicely wrapped and packaged like it is in an aluminum foil box which was really cute marketing. The mats are as advertised in appearance and size. It's obvious they are nonstick just by appearance alone. Not many products come with a 7-year warranty and a 1000 time use promise so we are very impressed and can't wait to put this to use... The set comes with two and should last us our lifetime if you can get 1000 uses. LOL
