I give this 5 stars because it is a wonderful thing to have when you get older, I am 73, working on 74 and my dad back in the day fell in the tub and broke a few ribs, punctured his lung and nearly died. However the installation is a bit of a puzzle, always find the studs in the wall, you only need two screws on each plate and they
are easily adjustable, use them and line them up with the studs that you want to use, either vertical,horizontal or on an angle, forget about the plastic inserts that are sent with it, and forget about the screws as well, use a robertson or a hex screw, I don't understand why the US and China keep sending that stuff, I have rough cut 2x4's and I could not seat those screws at all, the heads stripped and I had to vice grip them out and replace them with something else. Also a good idea would be to caulk the back side of the plate before securing. Had a bath tonight and it was nice to have something to hold onto.
