    I had a problem with a yellow jacket hornet's nest forming in the sidings of my house. While the hornets were passive, the proximity to my main entrance was concerning and needed to be delt with. This product, while not killing the hornet right away, was effective at keeping them away. You could tell they really didn't like it and spend all day trying to get rid of it. If you buy a duster with it, the powder stick to walls and surfaces effectively blocking their entries to their nest. Took multiple reaplies as the hornets kept finding new path to their nest but over 2 weeks the nest was fully abandoned.

    Useless on bed bugs. I bought this for bed bugs but even after burrying one in it, it just crawled out of the heap like nothing happened. i seem to recall using diatomaceous earth before and it caused them to twitch and lie on their back in agony as the sharp dust cuts into their joints. This bug seemed unfazed. I killed it minutes later with pesticide.

    I didn't see a lot of insects in my apartment but I saw the odd one. I dusted around appliances and behind the fridge and stove and it keeps them away

    To be clear, this is meant as POISON for insects. It does not kill them right away. Frankly the only thing that kills roaches fast is directly spraying them with soap or bleach, and that's not a practical way to kill them bc they are always hiding from you. This seems to be good quality. I don't know if it's food grade but I don't put it near food or where my cats might lick it up. It works for me and if I ever worry about under a sink or dark damp spaces I just dust the area with this and hope they attract, get it on them, and die days later.

    You aren't supposed to be KILLING insects instantly with this product. Ask an exterminator, most baits like this are meant to attract insects that will eat this then die later. Or bring it to their home and die from the poison. It doesn't matter how much they get on them it's like getting burrs on your skin you have to get it off and on the process, they die. So if you're infested maybe leave the area with this dust placed everywhere they need to walk, once they do, they're dead.

    Ive eEvn uses blowers and fans with piles of this stuff, to ensure it gets EVERYWHERE. That way they can't hide from the killer dust!

    This stuff would hurt an animal of they were fed a large container of it, so be careful. It's basically fine powder crushed minerals and glass.
