    Also received a pair of VACO brand pliers. Though this is a Klein subsidiary, the quality is not comparable. Pliers are stiff to the point of being unusable and the finish is poor. You can see daylight between the sidecut blades. This is a real bait and switch. If they’re going to ship the knockoff crap then advertise it as the knockoff crap. Returned immediately.

    While rather expensive, this is a great tool for working in tight places. The "wire stripper" notch is a tad too big for 24 gauge wire (which most telephone wire, in my experience, is), but held at the correct angle when stripping one can sorta make it work. Overall a great tool.

    There were two of these telephone type pliers listed. I read the reviews and decided to buy the more expensive 71980 thinking I would get a pair of KLEIN pliers #71980, "Forged in the USA with custom, US-made tool steel for maximum durability" according to the 鶹 description. Instead I received a pair of Vaco pliers pliers made in Mexico. The response from Gott Electronics was that "Vaco is a subdivision of Klein Tools". As thought there is no problem here. Additionally, the joint of the Vaco pliers is too tight and therefor unusable in one hand. I expected more from Klein Tools.
