    So great to have this available in the fridge to use for all kinds of dishes, whether as a main ingredient or just a sudden add-on. Works for every kind of dish whether you add it for bulk, for flavour, or for texture.
    It is not cheap, for sure, though it is cheaper, I am told, at Costco, but we have no Costco within 8 hrs drive, so this is the only route to get it. I am amazed at how often I throw it in things and yet it just lasts and lasts, so in the end, seems almost reasonable in price.
