Really loved this item. It's a shame it's out of stock most of the time. Breading with it can be a bit of a hassle but if you add a layer of cornstarch between two layers of egg, it works great. I find it tastes best baked rather than fried but both work. I've even used these to make veggie breakfast hashbrowns (since I can't eat potatoes anymore.) Definitely the best on the market for both flavor and price. 10/10 would recommend. (Note, they don't have much flavor in of themselves, so you might need to spice it up. I can't due to physical illness/limitations, but I also love the taste of dough so the "lack" of flavor doesn't bother me at all.)

The taste is rather flat, but the crumb size is not bad and it crisps up well when frying. You could also just buy a loaf of Schär's GF white bread and put it through a blender and then toast them a bit.
