    I bought these mainly for making fresh rising dinner rolls, rather than use several muffin tins. I like that I can make 2 or 40, depending on what's going on around here. These are fantastic! Perfect size for this and you just place them on a cookie sheet and pop in the oven (although the cookie sheet is optional...these will hold their own in the oven). Would be perfect for cupcakes, mini meatloafs, etc. Will probably try them for mini meatloafs and quiches in my Ninja Foodi. There is no reason they wouldn't work. Best part is you just throw them away after use and don't have to wash and store clunky muffin tins. Highly recommend!

    I like that these come at such a good price. note that the aluminum is pretty thin and not super sturdy. I originally bought them for panna cotta which is great! they would very well for cup cakes/muffins as well however when I put them in a waterbath for creme brulee, they part that was submerged shrunk and altered the shape of my creme brulee.

    I also like to use these for dipping sauces. i guess the aluminum is too thin and cannot withstand too high of a temperature. ive never had issues with non waterbath baking though.
