The history of Kimbo Coffee began in Naples, Italy in the 1950s, when the Rubino brothers started roasting coffee in their father's bakery and selling it to coffee shops.
The company was founded in 1963 and the Kimbo brand was created to evoke the exotic lands where coffee beans are grown.
The company's success is largely due to its high-quality coffee roasting plant, which blends Arabica beans from South America with Robusta beans from Asia to create a unique full-bodied flavor.

Fine blend with a combination of different qualities of Arabica and Robusta varieties. Balanced, with a full body and an elegant sweetness, pleasant floral and freshly baked biscuits hints. A pleasant note of vanilla and an aftertaste with hints of dried fruit complete the cup.

Raw Materials
Kimbo Coffee takes great care in selecting green coffee beans directly from their countries of origin. Every stage of the coffee plant's cultivation is meticulously monitored and subjected to multiple quality controls. This ensures the plants grow healthily and produce high-quality red coffee cherries, which contain the precious green beans. These green beans are then sun-dried, peeled, and finally shipped to Italy for further processing.
