I have an audio interface with a front-mounted XLR port and was annoyed with how far the microphone cable stuck out into my desk. This cable, with very low-profile XLR connectors, did the trick to clean that up. The position that the cable exits the connector can be adjusted for your particular setup, which is nice, but it was a bit difficult to do so.
The cable includes a little tool to loosen a screw that allows you to pivot the cable to the desired position, but at least for me, the tool didn't actually fit, and I was unable to turn this screw. I used a separate small hex bit that fit better to make the adjustment.
I nearly docked a star because of the poor tool that was included¡ªjust be aware that you may need some tiny hex keys to make the adjustment because the included one was rubbish.
I haven't had any issues with the cable's quality, and it didn't introduce noise or other issues into my audio, so I'm satisfied.
