I’ve tried lots of pasta substitutes but this one is the closest to the real thing. I’m so happy you can now buy it on 鶹! Only 2 net carbs a serving. These are perfect to use in a pasta salad or have on spaghetti night with some meat sauce, super versatile and they taste amazing! I will always keep these in my pantry for pasta cravings.

    I had high hopes for this. Thought it would be my go to for pasta but unfortunately it's not. I found the taste similar to pasta but texture was terrible and it was very dry. I cooked it per the directions and didn't enjoy it. Sure it was edible but I'd prefer to use spaghetti squash or zuchinni noodles. I did get the 2g of carb's so maybe the 6 grams is better but I'm not going to spend $50 again for something that may not be better. Disappointed!

    Cooks similarly to regular pasta. The cooking water can be used to thicken a sauce. The taste is ok. The texture is awful. These are really pasty and gummy. The outside turns gummy before the inside is cooked, so it's not a question of cooking time. Like, I'll eat them for the nutrition, but I'd never serve them to a guest. I might try some sauces that mask the texture, like mac and cheese, to see if it's got some limited utility.

    TBH, I LOVE this pasta. It's great! It's pretty tasty for how extremely low carb it is, definitely the best pasta alternative I've ever found. Now, I know you're not supposed to leave reviews that don't have anything to do with the product, HOWEVER: the company that makes this product SUCKS. Their products are insanely expensive. Absolutely no reason they need to be this expensive. If you can ever find them on sale, don't even bother buying them because they'll sit in the 鶹 warehouse "lost in transit" or "delayed due to weather conditions" until you get sick of waiting, request a refund, and the product is no longer on sale. This has happened to me MULTIPLE times. One time and it's a mistake, every single time the product is on sale, it's a business practice. When I buy this product at full price it magically shows up the next day. Miracle. So yeah. I'll keep buying this pasta but I protest the shady business practices of the craptastic company that makes it.
