    Needed a size that would fit in the confines of my stainless steel sink. The dimension of this unit is accurate and fits in the constrained area that I was working with.

    I don't like the spongy material that came with the Deck Plate because I fear that water and food debris will eventually seep under it. But, I guess as long as I keep the area dry and clean, it'll likely be okay. Would be 5 stars if a rubber seal could have come with the Deck Plate so that no seepage between my sink and deck plate.
