I had bought it just before my trip and was away for a month, after which 鶹 would not let me return the defective item. There is no warranty shown for this item or I would contact the manufacturer. I'm left with a very expensive dud.

    I bought this to replace a messenger bag (with shoulder strap) for carrying my two laptops (one for work and one for personal) on planes. Most of the time, the weight is now on wheels instead of my shoulder. It rolls nicely. However, it's bit wider than most rolling carryon bags, so I find that I tend to run into things. In particular, it's too wide to roll down the aisle of an airplane. So I carry it there. Not that big a deal.
    It does not have anywhere to attach a shoulder strap if you wanted to add the flexibility. Also not a big deal for me. But you might care.
    It is able to carry two laptops plus chargers and accessories plus some other things.
    It rolls easily (two fixed wheels, not a spinner.)
    However, I wish it had four spinner wheels because then I could roll it sideways down the aisle.
    It is solidly constructed.
