This unit works well! Only one complaint… the wire to the mouthpiece is too long and keeps springing away from my mouth causing the sound to be scattered. I solved it by tying a twist tie between the base and the end to keep it bent where I need it. Suggestion- make the wire stiffer so it holds the position it is needed in.
