So far so good, have used once so far. They are solid on our Ford Escape, no shaking. Take your time attaching them to your mirrors, they are a bit finicky to install, but once you have them in the right place for your mirror style, they are good and solid. As with any rubber-type straps, they all become brittle over time. At the end of the trailer towing season, we plan to use a Silicone Treadmill Belt Lubricant to keep the rubber from getting too brittle. We also used a bungy cord on each of the mirrors, simply as a backup safety measure in case they did happen to fall off.
