    Received set of 4 beer glasses today and was quite impressed with the quality and weight of the glasses. However, one of the four glasses was damaged and that is quite disappointing. Hence the 3 stars!!

    It’s frustrating that I have to ship all four glasses back to have the one glass replaced. The issue with this is - how many in the replacement set may or may not be broken/or damaged and need to be returned too! Especially when I wanted to use them in two weeks! It’s like rolling a dice….do I take a chance that the perfect set will arrive “okay” and in “time” or not??
