This charger makes life way easier for charging all of our joy cons at once. The charger is very well-made and plugs right into the USB port of the Nintendo Switch stand which keeps the number of cables to a minimum. The lights clearly indicate when the joy cons are fully charged. The mounts for the joy cons are very smooth and make it very easy to get a joy con on and off a charging point. The product is also officially licensed by Nintendo. We previously would use the Switch itself to charge the joy cons which was a hassle. This charger is worth it and a must-have accessory.

    This charger is very good because it also keeps the controllers neat and tidy. The only flaw is that sometimes it’s hard to get one of the controllers into the slot on the charger. But otherwise very good. Being able to connect it and charge through the dock is good for keeping everything together and not having to run another power cord to an outlet.

    This is a really easy way to keep the controllers charged, and I'm really happy with it.

    The unit is compact and nice and solid. It has a decent weight to it so it doesn't ever feel like it's going to topple over or get bumped around too easily.

    Getting the controllers in and out of the unit feels a lot easier and less awkward than putting them in the Switch to charge. I definitely feel better about letting younger kids use this for charging rather than the Switch itself. There's also a nice 'click' when the controllers are properly docked.

    The lights on the top are a nice clear indication of whether the controllers are charged or not (red for charging, green for charged), without being stupidly bright.

    If I had to criticise anything, the USB cable feels a bit thinner than it could be... maybe...? But that's a really minor niggle. Once it's plugged in you don't touch it again anyway.
