The quality of the wood used as the backing for this coat hanger is great. It's thick and has a pleasing grain. The stain used as a finish is rich and provides a nice looking depth to the wood, without being overdone. The hooks themselves are metal and each one is anchored to the backing with two screws so that they won't rotate.
The package includes both screws and an adhesive as mounting options. I used the two wall anchors and screws, and they work fine.
I wish it was perhaps a bit wider, and the hooks spaced out a bit more. The hanger isn't massive, and it still works fine, but I would have liked it to be a little bigger to prevent my coats/jackets from being so close together. That aside, I think the price is totally fair for what you receive.
