    Update: this is the worst seller to deal with. The item was not working when we received it. We contacted the seller and they said they needed to 'look into it'. I'm not sure what they needed to look into. The seller then stopped responding to our messages asking for an exchange. We ended up escalating the issue to 鶹. The seller then stated they are 'still working on it' and stopped responding again. The issue was then escalated to 鶹 for an A-Z refund. Buyer beware with this seller!!

    I ordered a Jensen JWM22 and it came over a week late. Was defective out of the box and I am now battling for a refund. They want to charge me shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This is outrageous and I would never buy from Canada Direct again. I'll be contacting 鶹 if it is not made right.

    The factory speakers in my Class C RV ran off the in-dash head unit. The problem was, you have to have the ignition on to listen to it and there was no way to switch between speakers. So, the outside speakers would be playing as you're travelling down the road. The Jenson JWM22 has 2 speaker zones, so I have zone A hooked up to the Interior coach speakers and zone B hooked to the exterior speakers (The in-dash unit still works the cab door speakers while driving.) I also ran the Jenson unit off the coach batteries, so I don't have to have the ignition in the front cab on to use it. Bam! all my problems solved.
    as for the unit itself, It has some great features and decent sound for the price point. It was easy to install and looks like it should have been there all along. I think this would make a great replacement as well.
