Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

I’ve been taking one every other day for a month now to help with hair loss and gray hairs and have noticed no new grays but also that my hair doesn’t fall out as much and that I have a lot of new hair growth. Only thing is I have to take this with a whole meal otherwise it causes an upset stomach
