    As described but be warned that these vitamins contain far more than anyone could ever need. B 12 is water soluble so it’s not as big of a deal but why don’t they sell them offering recommended amounts? I cut these in half and am still getting more than 5000% of my recommended intake.
    Beware especially of the B complex vitamins containing niacin. That is a fat soluble vitamin so continuously getting access of that can cause issues. If you need them though, this is my go to brand. Decently priced if you get them off of here.

When stopped taking for few days body seemed to be sluggish again. Sleep was no different. Jamison products always seem to be high quality at reasonable competitive price at 鶹. Recommend.
