Directions

Children 3-5 years (under parent's supervision): Empty powder/contents of 1 capsule daily directly into food, yogurt, etc. and mix until dissolved. Do not add to warm or hot food or beverages. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.

    I was given a bottle of these probiotics several months ago. Had never taken them before so I didn't know what to expect. After a few weeks my tummy was a much happier place. Use to get gas that would park itself somewhere in my digestive tract and wouldn't budge. Could be quite painful and uncomfortable. This no longer happens. And I don't fart nearly as much, although I miss the comedy that occurs when I fart I do not miss the smell! I also am much more regular, bouts of constipation or diarrhea are much less then before. I did some research on probiotics and discovered they are very beneficial for several reasons including keeping your gut flora healthy. Also discussed the use with my Doctor and she said everyone should take a probiotic every day. So, after several months of taking them and feeling better when the bottle was near empty I ordered some more. Will likely continue to use indefinitely. Strongly suggest buying them! Update - just repurchased these probiotics again and I recently found out something they are good for...when a person takes an antibiotic it kills all the good bacteria in the body and encourages yeast growth. I would normally eat lots of yogurt when on an antibiotic to compensate. I was so ill this till I forgot the yogurt, but no yeast infection. I asked my doctor and pharmacist and they both said its the probiotics that you are taking! Yah! Who knew? Now you do.
