    It only activates with hot water and the flavor is horrible, so instead of doing the 250 ml, I do it in a shot kind of glass. Only way I could handle the artificial lemon flavor.
    Have tried doubling the dosage, and it does not make me go to the bathroom like other products.
    Tried it, but not for me sadly as I love their products in general.

    Calm will calm you down(sometimes) but Jamieson will put you to sleep.

    I have insomnia and I mixed 2 scoops Jamieson in half a glass of water. I wake up in the middle of the night (today it was 5:30am) but was able to get back to sleep until 8:30am and stay in bed to type this at 9:20am😂
