Wanted to take these for a bit before reviewing and they have been good, easy on my stomach which is very sensitive. They do leave a fishy aftertaste briefly but it is fish oil. Best taken with a meal. They are big pills so good value but need to drink a lot of water to get down. Overall happy with this product. Has helped with skin and digestion.
