    I’ve been taking Jamieson 100% Complete Multivitamin Max Strength for a while now, and while I can’t say for sure if it’s giving me superhuman strength or anything (still waiting on that), it feels good knowing I’m covered just in case my diet isn’t as balanced as it should be. It's got all the essential vitamins and minerals that more expensive brands offer but at a fraction of the price. The one-a-day format is super convenient, and the caplets are easy to swallow—even if you have a vitamin the size of a mini spaceship.

    The best part? You get 115 caplets in the bottle, which is way more than most brands that only give you 90. So it’s like a buy 3 months, get an extra month free deal! Also, it’s got plenty of B12 for the vegans out there and a good hit of iron for us blood donors. Even though I’m not sure if it’s doing much, it’s a nice little insurance policy in case my pizza-and-coffee diet isn’t cutting it.
