    Eine sehr schöne kleine Stickerei mit allem, was man braucht: Stoff mit dem Muster drauf, kleiner Stickrahmen, 3 Nadeln, Anleitung und die Faden. Ich fand die Idee schön, dass der Stoff nicht weiß sondern blau ist und dass der Himmel gar nicht gestickt wird, sondern die Farbe des Stoffs quasi dafür verwendet wird. So bekommt das Bild einen zusätzlichen 3D-Effekt, da das Himmel somit ins Hintergrund gerät.
    Die Anleitung ist kurz aber selbsterklärend, das Wichtigste dabei ist das Bild und die Erklärung mit welcher Farbe was gestickt wird, wie und wie dick der Faden sein soll.
    Ich bin noch nicht komplett fertig damit, aber bis jetzt hat alles gepasst - war genug Fäden von jeder Farbe, die ich bis jetzt gebraucht habe, die Anleitung hat auch gepasst. Das Bild finde ich sehr schön und es macht richtig Spaß es zu sticken. Dieses Set kann ich wirklich empfehlen.

    ✅ Inexpensive
    ✅ Attractive end result if you take some care
    ✅ Everything you need to get started
    ✅ Works up pretty quickly, since they have you using 3 strands of floss throughout (though, try it out, see how it looks, you may want to swap to 2 for some of the daintier sections)

    ⛔ The pattern is not super well thought out. There are spots, particularly in the water and grass, with a lot of colour swaps that absolutely aren't marked on the pattern, so you're left trying to figure it out by yourself. You can absolutely freehand it, particularly if you already have some embroidery experience, but a beginner will find this very confusing.
    ⛔ Another issue with the pattern: it marks where you're meant to put flowers, but as you need to embroidery grass first, those marks are absolutely useless, as they will get covered.
    ⛔ There are way too many French knots for a pattern that's supposedly for beginners. Flowers, I understand, but those orange cloud sections? Do lines of chain stitch or stem stitch. Thank me later.
    ⛔ The embroidery hoop is kind of janky.

    I really like the colours and stitches chosen for this embroidery picture kit. While this particular one might seem daunting to a beginner, one look at the guide should set anyone’s mind at rest. This is a very, very good kit to help you build your confidence in embroidery – and at the end you will have a very pretty mountain and river scene that you’ve created.
