    We have a gate which can only use a 90 degree heavy duty latch. It was hard to find a latch to work with this gate. We have a very smart Great Dane dog who is able to open the gate with the regular auto latch on the gate. Our dog weights almost 140 lbs. Now that we have this latch, he can bounce against the gate all he likes and the latch keeps the gate closed. It is solid and good quality.
