The beige one is bass amp, the orange one is acoustic amp, and the black one is for electric guitar.
How to turn up the volume as much as possible?

When the gain is 0, the output power of the amplifier is only 1w, which sounds very small. To increase the volume, You can adjust the gain knob appropriately.
Why the volume knob cannot be adjusted?

Please check if the gain knob is at the lowest position, if so, the volume knob will not be enabled.
