For an all day job answering calls. This is a great product, I've used a wired gamer headset for a few years but after a failure i went looking for a light weight wireless replacement with good sound both mic and speaker. This surpasses my expectations. great sound, comfortable, multiple connections, dongle (needs to be narrower, it's almost blocking the next usb c port) and works wired if you are low on battery. Had a random issue where it would not mute until i rebooted it, but likely something that can be fixed in software. This is a winner.
