    I’m really impressed with this product! I used it to shred a large block of mozzarella, and the whole process — including cleanup — took only about 10 minutes. It was a bit messy at first, but once I figured out how to better catch the cheese, it became much smoother and more efficient.

    One thing to note: the plastic pusher has a groove that needs to be aligned properly for the machine to operate. It’s a smart safety feature that ensures everything stays in place.

    After I was done, I disassembled the unit into about five main parts. All the components that touched food were dishwasher-safe, and the motor base didn’t get dirty at all. Cleanup was quick and easy, and taking it apart was just as simple.

    I took my time at first to understand how each blade handled different types of food, and that made the process even smoother. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product — and the price makes it an even better value
