- Reviewed in Canada on April 8, 2024Verified PurchaseThis works perfectly if you follow the directions. Those with poor reviews did not apply it correctly. You need to put it on thick, if not it will not peel off and you will be left needing to scrape it off and will be much more difficult than just letting your paint get on the glass and scraping it. You are supposed to get some of it on the frame as well so it completely seals, you can paint over what got on the frame just fine. Once scored with a knife you can then peel it off the glass. It leaves a very clean edge. One tip, although you want to apply it thick don't leave blobs of it right where the glass meets the frame as it will dry with that blob there and after painting when you score you will likely score off the blob which has the paint and therefore will expose the previous finish. You can see one of these blobs in the corner of the middle pane of glass in the attached picture. Just make sure to pull back that blob from the edge without making it to thin and you will be fine. Foam brush worked well to apply.

- Reviewed in Canada on January 3, 2025Verified PurchaseBought this to use when doing our doors with 21 separate window panes each. Multiply that by 4 doors, both sides - this was a life saver.
Works great and saved tons of time. Pack it on and let dry to clear - paint away then peel it off. Such a breeze.
- Reviewed in Canada on December 20, 2024Verified PurchaseCuts painting time because instead of masking window, you just paint this on the glass and allow to dry, that way when you paint you door and if you happen to get paint on the glass you can just peel it off with a razor blade when you have completed your paint job.
- Reviewed in Canada on March 18, 2025Verified PurchaseThis product does not even get 1 star, product was solid mass, a little liquid on the side, could not even stir it. Obviously old product dumping it on 鶹 to get rid of. I wasted over $51.00. I bought this and was delivered last week only opened it today. Of course my garbage day was last week so 鶹 box and labels long gone. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using product when I painted my French doors

- Reviewed in Canada on November 17, 2024Verified PurchaseThis masking liquid make painting window sashes much easier and leaves clean lines. You need 2 coats of the product. Let the first coat dry and apply the second. Allow several hours to 2 weeks to remove, weather dependent. Use sharp utility knife to cut the edge and a razor paint scraper to start the peeling process. It is time intensive to paint window trim. This saves time, but it still takes a while. Great results though.
- Reviewed in Canada on January 26, 2025Verified PurchaseDon’t forget to buy this product if you ever do paint project with windows involved.
- Reviewed in Canada on August 26, 2024Verified PurchaseWorked as described. Used a paint brush to apply to the window. Then used a utility knife to cut around the frame before peeling it from the window.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 23, 2025Verified PurchaseTerrible. Would not recommend. Takes lingering to remove this film than it does to actually scrape a window with paint on it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product!!
Verified PurchaseWOW.. Works great!!
Clean windows, apply with a 2 inch brush, let dry full day, paint areas, let dry. Lightly score around window area.
Use a safety edge razor blade, lift one area. Gently pull paint away like mozzarella cheese. Anything that’s left behind. Can be come off with the razor blade and it’s perfect all thumbs up product.

5.0 out of 5 stars This product works!
Verified PurchasePay no attention to reviews of less than 5 stars. This product works. Just follow the easy instructions. A caveman can do it. I painted two 15 window French doors with perfect results. Price is well worth the time you will save.
