This was to replace the existing 3 brackets that where at the end of their life span. Nice part was the the holes lined up perfectly in the wall and the rail. Bad part is one of the screw heads broke off... not even under any substantial torque... 1 out of 9 screws bad... not acceptable.. or maybe I was just unlucky :( You would think quality screws are not that more expensive!!!!

    Met my needs, although like what happened to another reviewer one of the screws broke. In my case the head broke off with the the rest if it stuck inside the rail. I would advise purchasing higher quality screws elsewhere and to only use the hardware.

    Very easy to install. Used a stud finder & pre-drilled all pilot holes. Screws held very strong without any problems. These were 1/2 price as compared to my local big box hardware for what appeared to be the same item. Highly recommended.
