    I didn't realise that Iron Vegan is by Jamieson. Most of my supplements are by Jameison and I've never had a problem with any of them. This l-glutamine is a fine white powder with little taste. It dissolves in liquid fairly quickly. From what I've read, it should be taken in a liquid without other protein sources, and not a hot liquid which would denature the protein. I poured the powder into mason jars to keep it fresh, and it was like flour--some becoming airborne. I haven't had any adverse reactions from taking 5 grams twice a day.
