    5 stars, based on the ingredients and claims on the label. Unless you have an obvious sensitivity or intolerance, I truly do not know how you can tell the difference between a cheaper drugstore brand or a higher end brand that advertises to be free from additives etc etc. I have multiple health conditions and take various high end supplements to minimize the chance of a bad reaction or a flare up. But when all is said and done, I can only confirm that this product does not make me sick. Cannot tell how effective it actually is.

    I have only been taking this supplement for around two weeks now. I recently read an article online by Doug Cook RDN MHSc, titled "9 Benefits of Zinc Carnosine," that states it's best to take two tablets daily for eight to twelve weeks ... so, when I'm done all twelve weeks, I will let you know the full results. But, for now, after just a short time, I can already say that my heartburn is GONE! It's gone! I'm so happy! Also, and I don't know if this is related or not ... but I think it MUST be related because I've changed nothing else in my diet or routine ... when I exercise in the evenings, I no longer hear those little cracking noises in my ankles or hips. The cracking is gone, and the heartburn is gone! I'm looking forward to seeing how I'm feeling once I complete the full treatment.

    I started taking this for alcohol induced gastritis, which was very developed and bad. I was a problem drinker for 10 years, and I got to a point where everything burned all the time and I was unfunctional. As soon as I started taking these, I feel almost healed within 1.5 months. I did not see this progress beforehand. I did not get any nausea, like others have stated, so it's up to your own body, I suppose.

    I've been taking this zinc brand for 6 weeks now, (since the beginning of lockdown) and i have seen a significant improvement in my overall health. I take it every morning on an empty stomach with warm lemon water, and straight after I eat fruits (as I find when taken on empty stomach without food I get really bad stomach cramps). Also I read it's best to take zinc with fruits and not with grains for better absorption. Before taking zinc I was slightly sick, headaches, body pains, tiredness etc.. but since taking zinc alongside other vitamins and committing to healthy eating habits I feel more energised, clear skin and sharpened mind. Great product!

    Don’t recommend if you have gastritis. I gave gastritis and after 5 days I’m in so much pain I had to stop and was only taking 1 pills a day and about 70% healed
