    Right off the bat we'll all have to agree that 15 CAD for two small portions of noodles is kind of expensive. But as my mamma used to say, the best pots are like buckshot shell full of snowstorm; full of BANG. This thing has bang aplenty.

    I'm a typical North American bachelor. I can't cook worth much. My spices have BBQ written on them in big bold red letters. When I feel fancy I break out the packages with the golden lettering. That's when I'm serious about my business. So let me tell you about how incredible those noodles tasted to me. They've awoken taste buds that have probably been asleep in my family's DNA since they left the sub-Saharan part of the globe. It's a really nice mix of sweet, salty and spicy. Not "oh my God I'm gonna die" spicy, more "I want some more of this savoury delicacy!" spicy.

    That's not even the best part. I'm used to fight with my food. I like my steak closest to alive as possible. Chomp, chomp, chomp, dangit I've broken a tooth again ! Long gone are the days were most of us had to hunt for our food so I wanna be worthy one way or another.

    Those noodles are something else. They're like eating clouds if they were made of mushrooms and happiness. So I guess more like mushroom than clouds... Firm on the tongue, smooth on the gnashers. It's actually fun to eat and not a chore like I'm used to.

    I subtracted a star because I'm well aware I don't know anything about food, noodles or pretty much anything. There's obviously something better out there, I'm just too ignorant to know about it.

    I love these so much and unfortunately there are no restaurants where I live that make these. So when I want these the only place I can get them is off here. They are DELICIOUS no question but for the quantity they are extremely overpriced.
