- Reviewed in Canada on May 27, 2025Verified PurchaseDoesn't make noise when moved, holds my mic well (Maono PD200x), looks nice with the built in cable holders, and the clamp is of good quality. Compared to my old clamp with a generic mic stand, it would move side to side, damaging my desk. So far, this clamp hasn't done so. Not hard to move at all compared to other reviews. Mine moves just fine with one hand.

- Reviewed in Canada on December 25, 2024Verified PurchaseVery easy to set up, good quality material, very easy to maneuver and use. I never had to adjust the clamp after I put it once onto the table. No idea what other people are having problems with their sm7b. I use it all the time and adjust it a lot for whatever position I need it in.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 27, 2024Verified PurchaseFor me, this is a great product. Well constructed; feels heavy-duty. Extremely sturdy. The joints of the arm are very tight and hold (my) mic in place very well. Track tray for cabling; very easy to clip in and out. And no brand name on the arm that advertises for someone else! I've only had it for a few days, so I will update should the first impressions change. Very happy with this purchase.

- Reviewed in Canada on December 30, 2024Verified PurchaseLooks amazing with the clean black look and cable management channels. Really easy to setup with the peel back cable management and the one part screw in mount. Fits well with the mv7+ out of the box and is a great price for the quality. Sound quality is decent because there's no additional sound from silly springs. And it holds the advertised weight.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best mic boom bang for your buck!
Verified PurchaseI liked it so much, I bought a second one. It has just enough resistance to hold a heavy mic and shock mount (NT1 and SM6 mount in my case) in place while also making it easy to move out of the way when you're done with it. It also has some sort of dampening property to it so moving it around with a hot mic doesn't generate an egregious amount of handling noise. I also appreciate the inclusion of the height extension and the built-in cable management. The only note I have is to be careful if you move the last/highest joint (closest to the mic end) around too much, it could erode the plastic and also leave plastic shavings on your desk/workspace. Other than that, I'm super happy! Easy to assemble, highly functional, and very well priced! There are lots of other boom arms out there for double or triple the price with fewer features. Highly recommend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great mic arm. Faint squeak about 2 years later. Overall would buy again
Verified PurchaseAfter a couple of years of use this has held up well. I use this mic arm on a daily basis and it hasn’t given me any crazy issues. The only thing that has developed was a faint squeak occasionally but nothing too distracting. Nothing the mic will be able to pick up. The clamp and joints of the stand have held themselves together well after moving the arm around a lot and with a shaky desk. I do like how tall you can adjust the arm to move anything you have attached out of the way. Great for dual monitors without compromising desk space.
