Product Description
INTAKE SYSTEM CLEANING:
1. Pour the throttle detergent into the bottle.
2. Close the oil outlet valve of the cleaner, open its air inlet valve and connect the compressed air. Adjust the air pressure to about 70psi (5kgf/cm2), then close the intake valve.
3. Connect the spray nozzle to the cleaner oil outlet port. Remove the pipe in front of the throttle valve before flushing. Put the nozzle into the throttle body and start the engine. Then open the cleaner oil outlet valve and start flushing.
4. Keep the engine speed at 1000 rpm, accelerate once every 3~5 minutes, make the engine speed reach 2000~3000 rpm, and keep this state for 30 seconds. Then keep idling.
5. Turn off the engine after cleaning and reconnect the intake line.
TWC CONVERTER CLEANING:
1. Pour the TWC detergent into the bottle.
2. Close the oil outlet valve of the cleaner, open its air inlet valve and connect the compressed air. Adjust the air pressure to about 36psi, then close the intake valve.
3. Connect the TWC flushing tool to the oil outlet pipe of the cleaner. Disconnect the Intake Vacuum Pipe which near the throttle and insert the TWC Flushing Nozzle into Intake Vacuum Pipe.
4. Start the engine, and open the oil outlet slowly which be sure to make the detergent into engine vacuum pipe very slowly. The flushing process needs about 30 or 40 minutes.
5. Keep the engine speed at 1000 rpm, accelerate once every 3~5 minutes, make the engine speed reach 2000~3000 rpm, and keep this state for 30 seconds. Then keep idling.
6. Stop the engine after cleaning and reconnect the vacuum line.
7. Start the engine at idle for about 5 to 10 minutes to drain the cleaning agent from the lines.
FUEL SYSTEM CLEANING:
1. Pour gasoline detergent into steel bottle.
2. Close the valve of the cleaner oil outlet pipe, open its air inlet valve and connect the compressed air. Adjust the pressure regulator to a suitable pressure of 43-57psi (3-4kgf/cm2) by the air regulating valve.
3. Connect the cleaner quick connector to the fuel supply line of the vehicle's fuel system. Check all connections for leaks. There must be no leaks during cleaning work.
4. Start the engine and keep it idling, then flush the fuel system.
5. Drain out the pressure in the bottle after flushing, and then disconnect the cleaner.
6. Restore all of the pipes of the fuel system and check if there have leakage.
The way to identify the inlet and return hose:
1.Generally speaking, inlet hose is bigger, return hose is smaller;
2.There is always a filter connected in the inlet hose side, and a buffer in the return side;
3.There is an arrow on the hose to show the fuel flow direction.
